Ingredients:
⦁ 2 tablespoons of honey
⦁ 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
⦁ ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
⦁ 1 clove of garlic
⦁ ½ a teaspoon of ground chili peppers
⦁ 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger

 

Preparing:

You squeeze the lemon juice first and then add chili pepper, ginger, and cinnamon. Mix them with a plastic or wooden spoon and while mixing them add the honey and continue mixing till a nice and thick paste. Close tight and leave the mixture at room temperature for about 3 h. and then put it in the fridge.

Usage:

For immunity strength:
⦁ One tablespoon a day (best time: morning on an empty stomach)

For disease:
⦁ One tablespoon 3 times a day (before meals)
