Servings 1 ½ cups
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, bring butter, sugar, and milk to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Then, remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Carefully stir for 2 minutes; use immediately.
