The clip was posted on September 20 by the account HeatvsHaters. It was filmed by a bystander who made it very clear she was not happy to see a dog inside the restaurant. She complained loudly about the animal and told staff not to seat the group. Jaquez was there with a friend and Percy, his 90-pound Bernese Mountain dog. His friend waved at the camera at one point, but the woman did not wave back.
It is still unclear how things ended. The video stops before we see whether Jaquez got a table or walked out. Judging by how the staff spoke to the group and then walked away, the restaurant did not appear to be dog-friendly.
