Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 tablespoons (1-1/2 sticks) butter
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Make mousse in advance, according to the recipe.
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C/ Gas Mark 4. Next, with a vegetable pan spray – prepare cavities and inserts of Cookie Shot Glass Pan.
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder; combine well.
