- 10 ounces’ cranberries
- 6 tablespoons cranberry jam or marmalade
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup orange juice
- In a medium saucepan, add the sugar and orange juice and over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
- Then, fold in the cranberries and apply the cranberry jam/marmalade. Cook until the cranberries begin to pop (around 8 minutes).
- Remove from heat and transfer sauce to a bowl. Your sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve.
